Under the following terms and conditions: Prospective clients may use the website or make contact by telephone or email for a quick quote. We will respond to any request by email or telephone as appropriate, giving a quote based on the information provided. As required, we will negotiate and agree on a price for the work the prospective client wants us to do for them. We will then agree on a payment method (sending an email confirmation if requested). Payment must be;
A deposit to be paid of 50% per car at the time of booking to secure the car and booking date.
Note: June, July, August weddings payment may be required in full to secure booking.
Payment in full at least 90 days prior to the booking date.
The following terms also apply;
Currently, NO UK VAT is charged.
Credit card payments are subject to a 3% surcharge.
Any variations to the journey(s) originally discussed, booked and agreed to between the Company and the Client may be subject to additional charges if these changes involve extra time and/or distance being covered.
Standard Wedding, Collection address to Church, wait and transfer to the reception
When a prospective client wishes to proceed on the basis of the quotation given and the payment method agreed, they will confirm their reservation by paying the appropriate deposit or full payment.
We reserve the right to substitute any vehicle or chauffeur/driver.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
In the event of a cancellation of a booking within 90 days of the start of the period of hire, any and all monies paid will be totally non-refundable.
If a booking is cancelled by the Customer prior to 90 days of the start of the period of hire, any deposits paid will be lost, 50% of full payments will be refunded. This does not include sub-contracted related services.
Every effort will be made by the Company to ensure that the vehicle(s) arrive on time and reach destinations on time too. The Company shall not be held responsible or liable for any delays (and/or arising consequential losses) that occur beyond its control.
The Company and its Chauffeurs have the right to refuse to carry any passenger who is thought to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs and whose behaviour poses a threat either to the Chauffeur, the vehicle or any other passenger.
The Company maintains a strict non-smoking policy in all its vehicles. It is now a legal requirement that passengers or the drivers are NOT allowed to smoke in the vehicles.
Nothing contained in these terms and conditions can affect the Client’s’ statutory rights.
All prices quoted are based on a Three hour period of hire, unless otherwise stated. Where a hire exceeds this time, we reserve the right to charge a waiting time for each car. This charge will be payable to the driver directly.
If the hire exceeds the booked time, or is likely to exceed the booking time after completion of the itinerary, the driver(s) may at their discretion and after warning the client or the clients representative take their leave if the client chooses not to pay any additional charges Or if the car is required for another booking .
It is not company policy to book a vehicle for more than one event per day, but where a booking may constitute only part of a day i.e. an afternoon, the company may hire out the same vehicle in the evening for a second booking. Where this happens, the company will allow a 2-hour gap for the car to come back to the garage before going out again.
A Deposit or full payment is defined in this agreement as ‘a payment given as a guarantee that an obligation will be met by the client and the above Terms and Conditions have been read and agreed.
